For our Controller team, we are looking for a business controller to help us drive medium voltage business within Siemens and beyond. We are a highly motivated team and are excited to get to know you.

You’ll make an impact by

l Controlling Actual, Forecast and Budget of R&D Projects.

l Planning and Controlling Cost Center and allocation (hourly writing), including the monthly analysis, measure setting and tracking.

l Coordination and discussion with the local R&D responsible for the total R&D cost view and Headcount (ACT/FC/BDG) incl. transparency regarding changes, Impact and measures set.

l Coordination with HQ development partners and drawing up the necessary contract in international cooperation.

l Drive digital transformation by adapting and involving controlling requirements to increase transparency and impact.

l Cate and plausibility business plans and EVA calculations for R&D Projects and tracking of target costs for the project.

Your defining qualities

l Knowledge in Controlling/ Factory controlling/ R&D Controlling and key figure systems.

l Sound Business Knowledge

l Methods: Project planning and controlling, planning systems, analysis methods, project management

l Confident use of MS Office and SAP R/3, Power BI, IT affinity desirable

l Proficient in English
