AAA Mid Atlantic Digital Business Partner in Wilmington, United States

AAA is hiring for a Digital Business Partner to join the team!

Position Summary:

This role is responsible for supporting the digital journey and response channel needs of the business lines. The Digital Business Partner oversees the development and execution of the strategic and tactical digital journey experience for each business line. The role is responsible for generating online revenue, increasing the number of online interactions with each visitor and continuously enhancing the user experience and member relationship.

The Digital Business Partner assists with the development of the pathways for communication and teamwork so that digital fits seamlessly into the organization as a marketing and response channel. They will also institutionalize website usability analysis and a user- centered design approach for ongoing website improvement. This role represents the Digital team by participating in, or leading key strategic workgroups.

What You'll Do:

  • Develops and implements strategic Business Plans that includes a competitive analysis, a digital marketing plan and a distribution channel plan for each key business line.

  • Proactively build and establish strong relationships with Business Line stakeholders as well as the Digital community to understand their needs, requirements and challenges.

  • Responsible for driving the full Digital journey strategy into tactical project prioritization.

  • Work with business lines to report on digital performance metrics. This includes creating and analyzing complex non-recurring reports including from third party vendor databases.

  • Lead the creation of innovative long-term digital enhancements and explore new digital business opportunities within the automotive sector, focusing on car care and roadside assistance.

  • Strategize ways to integrate cutting-edge digital technologies to improve customer experience, expand services, and increase engagement and retention through our digital platforms.

  • Grow Digital as a distributions channel for generating new revenue, offer new products and services to Members, and attract and retain new Members.

  • Keep up to date on Digital Business best practices and provide continuous improvement of digital strategy and processes.

  • Opens communication between the business line, technical teams, and other cross-functional groups to define and collect business requirements for all digital solutions and enhancements. business and technical enhancements

  • Responsible for managing the development process, including consumer research, discovery, business requirements, development and testing, for all assigned business line applications.

  • Perform day-to-day maintenance of content by coordinating acquisition of content from various sources, write content when necessary, quality check and publish.

  • Work in cooperation with National Office goals and strategies; maintain compliance with National guidelines.

  • Deliver effective presentations and conduct training on new technology.

  • Edit and proofread all content before production to ensure consistency, accuracy and high quality of web content.

  • Research and propose new content with favourable member value and ROI.

  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Marketing or Internet Management required.

  • Capable of consulting with key business line contacts and Technical Manager to formulate content development strategy and implementation plan.

  • Familiar with Support Applications using: Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, & Adobe Analytics

  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office such as: Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Strong analytical & project management skills

  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task

  • Effective written and oral communication with strong proofreading, editorial & web publishing skills

  • Excellent Professionalism and Integrity; strong interpersonal & teamwork skills

  • Experience with designing, developing and testing web applications & web pages
