Edwards Lifesciences Pricing Manager in Warsaw, Poland

Job Functions:

  • Establish a consolidated and functional harmonized tender pricing management for all countries in Europe to anticipate the tender cycle, collect critical information and increase our win ratio.

  • Lead the tender management process in cooperation with the Bids Tender, sales and leadership teams

  • Monitors business trends and best practice in Europe to achieve optimum pricing in provide European benchmark and analysis

  • Preparation of pricing strategy for tenders in developing tools and templates that enable informed retrospective business analysis and prospective business planning

  • Lead implementation of strategic pricing tools and processes

  • Help developing creative pricing simulation in analyzing market and competitive trends based on various sources (e.g., market reports, primary research, competitive intel, etc.).

  • Present findings to key decision-makers through weekly/ monthly meetings.

  • Support new product launches pricing.

  • Perform ad-hoc analysis as requested

Desired Skills and Experiences:

Required Skills:

  • Fluent English, other language is a plus.

  • Pricing or Tender experience

  • Excel and Power Point advanced skills absolute must

  • Business/Market Analysis/Modeling/Forecasting experience

  • Ability to work efficiently with cross functional team members (sales; Bid and Tender etc..)

  • Communication skills

  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment.

  • Drive for results and agile

  • Think out of the box

  • Detail-oriented, rigorous, and work well with other internal functional groups
