ManpowerGroup Manager– Experiential, PR and Event Marketing in United States

This position will deliver brand building solutions that drive engagement with our prospects and clients. We are looking for a leader to develop North America experiential strategy, internal and client events, Public Relations and external communications, implementing cutting edge ideas that reflect our company’s innovative and community spirit of putting people to work. The candidate will also lead our promo and print store in partnership with third-party vendors.

Making an Impact

• Lead a marketing team specializing in brand awareness PR initiatives, experiential marketing initiatives, including live and online events (webinar, podcasts), client and consumer engagements and other marketing extensions.

• This position will deliver creative solutions that foster lasting relationships with our prospects and clients. We are looking for a leader to develop North America client events, implementing cutting-edge ideas that reflect our company’s innovative and community spirit of putting people to work.

• The leader will create and execute a PR plan for our Brands and Senior Leadership team to elevate our brand recognition in the market, in addition to manage external communications with the media.

• This position will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and will help to identify unique opportunities to deliver against business objectives while carefully tracking budgets and results.

Sharing Expertise

• Provide PR, Comms, Experiential and Event Marketing strategy and guide their team to execute with excellence.

• Lead the industry on how experiential marketing delivers results.

• Collaborate with the brands and marketing teams- creative, content and technical teams to deliver the highest quality experiences.

• Oversee all event planning for project scope, schedule, resource requirements and execution and ensure programs are properly budgeted, estimated, and scheduled.

• Manage team to deliver experiential marketing strategies including client events and recognition programs. Tradeshow strategy and logistics support. Industry Memberships and benefits. Webinar and podcast production.

Gaining Exposure

• Collaborate with the brands and marketing teams- creative, content and technical teams to deliver the highest quality experiences

• Function as a thought leader with significant knowledge of all aspects of Public Relations and techniques to drive brand awareness and make our brands memorable.

Your Typical Day

• Develop strategy for client events and brand publicity based on marketing program objectives and unique PR programs developed by this leader.

• Experiential strategy includes client events, sales events, contests, and recognition. Tradeshow strategy and support. Industry Memberships and benefits. Webinar and podcast production.

• Lead the industry on how experiential marketing and PR deliver results.

• Oversee all event planning for project scope, schedule, resource requirements and execution and ensure programs are properly budgeted, estimated, and scheduled.

• Provide strategy and production for external webinars, podcasts and in-person sales or client events.

• Lead promotional and print production programs.

• Ensure webinar, podcasts & event strategy produces a predicable revenue pipeline.

• Provide detailed budget analysis and ROI modeling on all types of events and incentives.

Other accountabilities, as assigned

Required

• High School Diploma or GED

• 10 years’ experience of hands¬ on Event Management for large scale events (500 people) and experience driving event ROI.

• 10 years’ experience in Communications and Public Relations.

Nice to Have

• Bachelors Degree in related field

• Brand Building Experience in PR

• Experience working on high ¬profile events/clients.

• A love for culture, learning new ways of doing things and being a marketing ambassador.

• Ability to travel and work flexible hours as needed.

• Experience in resourcing freelance, agency and contract help

• Deep and recent knowledge of the growing technology landscape

• Experience delivering strong and convincing opinions and recommendations to senior¬ level executives.

• Leadership experience managing direct reports, while also having the ability to roll-up your sleeves and work

• Experience managing a budget.
