• Create and complete travel arrangements (air, hotel, car, rail)

• Ensure reservations are built according to client standards andpreferences

• Act as a trusted advisor by offering informed and insightful recommendationsthatprovidethe best travelerexperience

• Handle awiderange of booking fromsimple ones tocomplexbookingswith potentially non-standard and multi destinations, ticket exchanges and complexfares

• Make changes or solve any issues that might occur during or before thetravel

• Assignments include both routine and non-routinework
