Position Overview

We are looking for a new person to join our team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). You will have good language skills in German and Spanish. As a SDR, you will help increase growth and establish meaningful relationships with potential clients across DACH and Iberia Region.

You will report to the Manager of Business Development and work hybrid/remote in the Barcelona office

Responsibilities

• You will conduct inbound prospecting and lead generation activities to identify and qualify potential clients within DACH & Iberia markets

• You will engage with prospects by phone, email, and Linkedin to introduce our products/services and create interest

• You will collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies tailored to German and Spanish audiences

• You will maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and activities in CRM software.

• You will provide detailed feedback to the sales team to enhance sales processes and improve lead conversion rates

• You will stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to position our offerings

Minimum Qualifications

• Fluency in German and Spanish is necessary

• Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer service roles

• Familiarity with CRM software

Preferred Qualifications

• You will succeed in an evolving business landscape

• You will will collaborate with teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to lead cohesive strategies and achieve shared goals

• You will will be curious and stay up to date with industry trends

• You will demonstrate a willingness to stay updated on industry best practices, refine their skills, and embrace new technologies and methodologies to enhance performance and inspire innovation
