About the role:

You will be working as part of a bigger expert team to support the Quality Control Unit to implement a control strategy for a manufacturing process. The role requires a good general knowledge of chemical and biochemical methods, previous experience with in-line testing approaches and practical experience with ICH Analytical Method Validation within GMP environments.

How you will contribute:

• Assure GMP compliant and timely execution of method validations/qualification/verification

• Support equipment qualification of analytical equipment or in-line measuring equipment as required

• Establish and maintain validated status of assays

• Plan and perform comparability studies between established tests and to be implemented in-line testing

• Work in project team to elaborate testing strategy and support implementation of in-line testing and offline testing as required

What you bring to Takeda:

• Technical or natural sciences background (biotechnology, biochemistry, chemistry or similar)

• Expertise with analytical methods

• Knowledge of analytical method validation

• Statistical knowledge and experience with data analysis

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements concerning analytical test methods, analytical instruments and GMP

• Fluency in English and German,

• Skilled in technical writing (mostly English, partially in German)

• Target-oriented teamplayer, analytical thinking, problem solving skills, independent contributor, open-minded for novel approaches

• Knowledge of GMP regulations
