Position Summary

As a Financial Advisor reporting directly to the Head of Group Strategy and Business Development you will form an integral part of Nestlé’s global M&A team taking on a key role in driving Nestlé’s external growth agenda.

A Day in the Life of a Financial Advisor

  • Work closely with key business stakeholders across all regions and categories to identify potential acquisition targets and assess potential divestiture candidates

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of an acquisition or divestiture process from start to finish

  • Lead negotiations with counterparties as well as due diligence efforts to assess the financial and operational viability of potential targets

  • Provide support in coordinating and managing the integration of acquired businesses and the carve-out of divested businesses

  • Collaborate with other members of the Acquisitions and Business Development team and support functions to ensure successful project delivery and critical knowledge sharing

What will make you successful

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field. MBA or similar is a plus

  • 3+ years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, investment banking or private equity

  • Extensive knowledge of the M&A process, including due diligence, valuation, and negotiation

  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative; highly organized and detail-oriented

  • Fluency in English
