Use your advocacy and curriculum development skills to help victims of domestic violence who also experience gun violence.

Position eligible for a $750 sign on bonus

Responsibilities:

Build positive and collaborative relationships with local law enforcement and other community members.

Provide crisis intervention, case management, emotional support, safety planning and other supportive services to victims of domestic violence.

Create and coordinate community events.

Participate in rotating on-call system that requires some nights and weekends.

Work occasional hours in cross county locations.

Promote a culture of inclusion and belonging.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required. Three years of experience working with victims of domestic violence or similar populations preferred. Valid NYS driver license. Reliable transportation. Prior curriculum development experience helpful; Associate or Bachelor degree in applicable field preferred. Bi-Lingual a great asset!
