PACE Staffing Network HR Business Partner / Job Description Comp Analyst in Tacoma, Washington
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Business Partner / Job Description Compensation Analyst to join our client, one of the largest Health systems in Washington, for a special project! This project involves assisting in a systems-wide job description audit and clean-up initiative. The ideal candidate will have experience with Workday and/or Lawson systems, as well as a strong background in evaluating, managing, writing, and updating job descriptions.
Responsibilities:
- Support the review of over 20 thousand healthcare/clinical job descriptions for discrepancies and updates, moving towards more standardization.
- Conduct side-by-side comparisons using Lawson and Workday systems.
- Collaborate with team members to strategize and execute the job description audit and clean-up project.
Ensure accuracy and consistency in job descriptions across the organization.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience evaluating job descriptions; managing, writing, and updating.
- Previous experience in healthcare industry preferred.
- Familiarity with Workday and/or Lawson systems highly preferred.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
Flexibility and comfortability with strategizing and working with others on this project.
Job Details:
- This position is for a 3-month special project with potential for extensions based on project needs and candidate performance.
- Location: 100% Remote, must reside in Washington State
- Hourly Rate: $38.50 to $45.00+/hr. DOE
- Duration: 3-month special project with likely extensions
- Schedule: Monday -- Friday, 8 am to 5 pm with start and end time flexibility
- Preferred Experience: Healthcare industry experience preferred
