BVN Architecture Submissions Coordinator in Sydney / Brisbane, Australia

BVN is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Submissions Coordinator to join its Brand & Communications team. We are an ambitious and dynamic team, and this is an opportunity for the right candidate to play an integral part in securing a pipeline of future work for the studios through the visual and written communication of BVN's outstanding design intentions, portfolio and capabilities. To be successful in this role you will be highly adaptable and have strong communication skills as well as exceptional attention to detail. You must be a team player who thrives on working in a fast-paced environment.

Role responsibilities:

  • Development and review of submissions at a local and national level.

  • Under the guidance of the Submissions Lead, be responsible for the coordination and production of bids, submissions and marketing material for the studios.

  • Engage with leadership and external consultants to coordinate submission collateral.

  • Update and maintain a database of information on our opportunity pipeline, information on our projects and people, and key contact details for our clients and collaborators

  • Help to maintain, monitor, and update a register of new project opportunities and upcoming deadlines.

Additional experience:

  • Confident communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient across all Adobe suite

  • Highly motivated and pro-active

  • Well organised with excellent attention to detail

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Able to work autonomously under pressure and to multiple rolling deadlines
