What you will be doing:

Responsible for the Linguistic Compliance area within Data Operations ensuring Linguistic Reviews and Processes are performed timely. Supporting updates on KPIs and Work Instructions and any process within the Data Operations Team.

Also responsible for the process integration with from Linguistic Compliance with MDS.This position is fully remote, the candidate needs to be working within Europe and CET time zone. The contract will be adapted depending on location and holidays to be followed are under Swiss calendar.

In your day-to-day job you will:

  • Generate, revise, transfer and validate Product Descriptions, Label Text, Label Data and Implant Card Label for medical devices, ensuring patient safety and correct indications for the operating surgeon

  • Ensure that Linguistic Compliance accuracy and responsiveness are meeting defined Service Level Agreements

  • Drive lean processes within Linguistic Compliance in every step involving both systems and stakeholder interactions.

  • Drive projects within Linguistic Compliance and drive/ support Data Operations projects (both external and internal)

  • Identify and adapt appropriately Work Instructions / Standard Operating Procedures impacted for the finalized requirements for MDS Sprints.

  • Create, maintain and revise procedures and processes according GxP with particular focus on compliance.

  • Analysis of business processes within the Data Operations team in relation to current and future quality standards

  • Liaise with the different Linguistic Compliance stakeholders to implement any change needed within the area.

  • Ensure Linguistic Compliance figures and KPIs are accurately and timely reported

  • Create and maintain training curriculums with Work Instructions, Knowledge based articles, presentations/videos for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Know and follow all laws and policies related to the job and maintain the highest level of professionalism, ethics and compliance at all times.

  • Drive process improvement within Linguistic Compliance and across the team aiming always to eliminate waste or repetitive activities and ensuring lean processes.

  • Support additional initiatives/projects as requested by the team management

  • Deputy role within the department as needed

Qualifications

We would love to hear from you, if you have the following essential requirements:

  • Bachelors degree

  • Good understanding of ERP, PLM systems and Information technology

  • Proficiency in English and German as well as another European Language is required

  • Expert in Microsoft Tools (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

  • Experience in regulated business environment

  • Organizational talent, attention to detail, reliable, dependability, personal initiative, customer / service orientation

  • Previous project management or coordination experience

  • Proactive attitude, lean focus and business-oriented thinking as well as reliable

  • Strong team player with good communication, developed networking skills and a passion for languages
