What you’ll do:

  • UPS&Solution新产品的日常售后技术支持。

  • 履行新产品研发服务代表职责,负责开发过程中相关服务工作讨论,制定服务计划并执行,新产品售后工程师培训。

  • 跟踪产品市场故障率,并及时反馈,和QA RD进行改善(FSB),提供故障分析报告。

  • 现场疑难故障分析和解决。

Qualifications:

  • 本科以上电子相关类专业

  • 5年以上相关工作经验

  • 熟悉使用示波器等工具,熟悉CAD画图软件优先

  • 良好的沟通协调能力,口头表达能力,能适应出差
