If you don’t have one, your particular combo of experience and education could be considered  instead of said degree. 2+ years of communications experience, including a minimum of 2 years developing original material for publication or competitive evaluation and prior proposal experience. Knowledge of proposal processes; experience writing in the healthcare, managed care, or Pharmacy Benefits Management industries.. Outstanding communication skills and the ability to work effectively and efficiently across multiple functions within the company. (If you’re a real writer, this one’s a given.) Superior writing and editing skills (In case of doubts, please refer to the point above and the rest of this JD.) 2+ years PBM and Medicare part D background would be a major plus in our books. Previous experience with background proposal project management, process improvement, and methodologies gets you special stickers and extra coffee. You get extra points for experience in multiple lines of business within the Pharmacy Benefit Management industry (e.g., Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial, Health Plans). Experience coordinating large projects (e.g., Project Management)? Ok, now you’re just teasing us. Please come in!  That something extra we´d love to see… Adjustable: Like a one-sized belt, you can adjust to any situation with ease. You know circumstances and priorities are always changing which is why you love to put dimmers on your lights. Builder: You are the little dots on the Lego pieces. Thanks to you the pieces come together and stay together so the team can make amazing things. Collaborator: You’re the human embodiment of balance, yin & yang, harmony, equilibrium, etc. When the quarks joined to form a neutron, you were there, supervising. Your presence practically guarantees a happy medium as you flow along with different departments. We’re not sure if you’re using a Time-Turner or some sort of Tesseract, but you seem to be in more than one place at a time. Communicator: It’s easy for you to find the right words that everyone can understand. Whether written or spoken, your communication flows like a crystalline river of poetic eloquence. Compeller: You're the flame that sets off chemical reactions. A catalyst. Often impatient and fiery, you spark up the energy in every project, quickly inspiring everyone from thought to action. They don’t call you The Closer for nothing.  he above description is not intended to limit the scope of the job or to exclude other duties not mentioned.
