Sierra Nevada Corporation Sr Program Manager (Contingent Upon Award) in Hill AFB, Utah
SNC is seeking candidates for positions at Hill AFB, Utah supporting effective and responsive integration throughout the lifecycles of Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles (ICBM) Weapon Systems. Expected work duration is eighteen years!

Must Haves:
Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Engineering or related field and 10 years of experience
OR Master’s degree in Management, Business, Engineering or related field and 7 years of experience
OR PhD degree in Management, Business, Engineering or related field and 4 years of experience
Proven leadership abilities inclusive of successful change management, mentoring, career development, training, succession planning, holding people accountable, and conducting yearly reviews
Mastery of the ability to manage complex situations, delegate authority, lead and inspire your team, drive innovative thinking, instill collaboration, drive for success, challenge status quo, and demonstrate the ability to adapt to dynamic situations
Proven experience and skills in team building, time management, conflict resolution, communication, briefing, presentation, strategic thinking, marketing, and literacy in the program management disciplines
Strong analytical background with the evaluation of requests for proposals and/or quotes. Experience with preparing, reviewing, and submitting proposals and/or quotes
An active Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required
Preferred:
PMP or PgMP certified or equivalent
Strong leadership skills and the ability to develop/lead a high performing team focused on the customer’s mission
Outstanding analytic and problem solving skills
Must have the ability to work in a dynamic environment and effectively interact with numerous DOD, military/civilian personnel and industry partners
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Possess a high degree of originality, creativity, initiative requiring minimal supervision
Willingness to travel within the organizational geographic Area of Responsibility
Working knowledge of Program Management Institute Program Body of Knowledge (PMBOK)
