We are currently seeking a Paralegal to join our team.

Ideal candidates will have the skills and experience necessary to :

  • Summarizes information relative to legal issues and networks for information.

  • Researches statutes, regulations and court decisions, makes recommendations, assists in resolving issues, drafts contracts, various legal applications, resolutions and other basic legal documents and prepares for review.

  • Develops client relationships.

  • Analyzes and applies statues, regulation and policies for compliance.

  • Participates in closings, settlements and negotiations.

  • Receives direction from attorney supervision.

  • May lead and train lower level paralegals.

    What you need to bring to the table :

  • Requires an Associates Degree or Paralegal certification and some experience in a legal environment or other directly related experience.

  • Basic knowledge of legal practices , pc's, verbal, written and customer service skills.

  • Knowledge of laws pertaining to field of business.

  • Limited use and/or application of basic principles, theories, and concepts.
