Job Description

The Quote to Cash Program Leader will be responsible for the transformational improvement in wing-to-wing fulfilment for the Order-to-Cash Value Stream globally, specialising in the Quote to Order and the Invoice to Cash portions of the process with strong emphasis in Digital Tools Ownership. Reporting to the Continuous Improvement Director, the individual will develop and execute the strategy to reduce cycle time across the business processes, digitise, with significant attention to the customer experience and operational costs.

Reports to : Continuous Improvement Director - Global Supply Chain

Location: preferred location North America Europe, with ability to travel.

Roles &; Responsibilities :

The candidate will work across Supply Chain, IT, Finance, Commercial, Legal, and Product Line Leadership to develop and execute the Continuous Improvement strategic roadmap, including:

● Lead and inspire a high performing team fostering a diverse and inclusive environment and encouraging growth, innovation and professional development

● Own Digital Tools for this value stream : Own, develop, execute and follow up the digital

roadmap for Quote to Cash and Invoice processes. Continue driving the digital transformation

● Leverage dedicated and supporting functional support to achieve business objectives tied to roadmap, instituting metrics to show process control

● Improve cycle-time for fulfilment, with particular attention to data needed for streamlined

order entry and for efficient cash recognition

● Act as a change agent, systematically driving continuous improvement and change, setting the pace of change to grow and integrate the business while maintaining team morale and ensuring successful adoption of new processes and technologies

● Develop key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and periodic reporting to help drive

execution, process uniformity, and improvement throughout the supply chain

● Engage teams and partner with the other stream leaders to identify cross-business

opportunities to leverage process improvement and fulfilment excellence, alignment and co-creation

● Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders

Qualifications

Qualifications preferred:

● Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited university

● A minimum of 4-years’ experience in the water treatment products

● A minimum of 10 years’ experience in IT, ITO, Supply Chain, Sales or Finance related fields

● Minimum 2 years of SAP Experience

● Fluent in English proficiency

Skills preferred:

Well qualified candidates would have some of the following qualifications:

● Demonstrated ability to lead and influence a global team within a large, complex and matrixed organisation

● Experience working with Customer Care, Commercial and AR Departments

● Experience on leading and implementing technical-complex digital projects

● Good understanding of Digital from a functional standpoint

● Ability to influence and collaborate with senior level management team

● Ability to translate strategy into business objectives

● Demonstrated effective facilitation, communication, and presentation skills through all

levels of the organisation

● Strong analytical and quantitative skills as well as critical thinking / problem solving skills

● Cultural Awareness & Sensitivity

● Ability to flex style to suit differing cultural norms to drive results

● Experience influencing cross-product and geographic teams to identify and implement a Lean Six Sigma strategy (i.e. LEAN, DMAIC, DFSS, CAP) that balances the rigour with technical risk, cost and cycle

● Experience leading diverse teams in a highly matrixed environment

● Strong business and financial acumen

● Knowledge of Cash Collection, Cash Application, and Disputes Processing

● Knowledge of ITO processes

● Experience driving Master Data Improvements

● Experience driving digital changes and transformations
