POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking a strategic and innovative Director of Web and Digital Experience to lead the development and execution of our digital strategy, with a focus on enhancing our online presence and driving digital engagement across all platforms. This role will be responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of our website, as well as driving digital marketing initiatives to reach and engage our target audience effectively.

RESPONSIBILITIES: •    Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy to enhance BlackBerry QNX's online presence and drive customer engagement. •    Lead the design, development, and optimization of the company website to ensure UX/UI, usability, performance, and conversion effectiveness. •    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital initiatives with overall business objectives and marketing strategies. •    Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising. •    Analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement, especially in the context of B2B business outreach while also expanding our developer ecosystem •    Stay abreast of emerging technologies, digital trends, and best practices to drive innovation and competitive advantage. •    Ability to balance strategy and execution between our different target groups reaching from B2B customers in Automotive, Industrial Automation, Robotics, Healthcare, etc. to embedded software developer communities and even beyond to universities and hobbyists •    Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and technology partners to support digital initiatives and projects. •    Provide regular reporting and analysis of key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital initiatives and inform decision-making.

PREFERRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: •    Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, computer science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. •    Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in digital B2B marketing, web development, and online strategy, preferably in the technology or automotive industries. •    Proven track record of leading successful digital initiatives and driving measurable results in website traffic, engagement, and conversion. •    Strong understanding of web technologies, UX/UI principles, and SEO best practices. •    Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. •    Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), content management systems (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager), and digital marketing platforms. •    Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams. •    Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels.
