• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support daily living skills such as meal preparation, eating, household chores, and managing finances.
• Facilitate community integration through outings, recreational activities, and promoting social interactions.
• Monitor health and safety, administer medication as needed, and maintain a safe environment.
• Document progress, behaviors, and incidents accurately for care planning and accountability.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 or older.
• Must have TN driver license (unless working overnight shift).
• Must pass criminal background check and drug screen.
• Must have a High School diploma or GED.

Work available in Oak Ridge, Clinton, Knoxville areas.
