Job Summary:

Join our dynamic team at UKG as a “Principal Software Engineer” based in our Noida office, where we're revolutionizing the landscape of software development by enhancing performance and resilience. Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and architecting robust and scalable automation solutions using UiPath and Power Automate platform, considering the technical, business requirements and constraints of the project.

• Leading the development of complex automation solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.

• Providing technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring alignment with the overall architectural vision and strategy.

• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating business needs into technical solutions leveraging UiPath capabilities.

• Identifying performance bottlenecks and optimizing automation workflows and processes for efficiency and reliability.

• Designing and implementing integrations with third-party systems and applications, leveraging UiPath APIs and integration frameworks.

• Establishing quality assurance processes and best practices to ensure the reliability, accuracy, and maintainability of automation solutions.

• Creating comprehensive technical documentation including solution designs, architectural diagrams, and technical specifications.

• Providing training and mentoring to development teams and stakeholders on development best practices, tools, and technologies.

• Provide accurate development estimates and feedback on product requirements.

• Effectively communicating technical concepts, solutions, and project status to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.

• Staying abreast of emerging UiPath and Power Automate features, technologies like Artificial Intelligence, and industry trends, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the automation practice.

• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and implementing security best practices in automation solutions.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate should possess 8-10 years of experience utilizing UiPath, Power Automate and other innovative technologies like Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence.

• Demonstrates a strong understanding of the Agile Software Development Life Cycle, including Scrum and Kanban methodologies.

• Exhibits proficient knowledge in programming languages such as Python/C# and T-SQL/GoogleSQL.

• Holds mid-level expertise in software testing.

• Adaptability to changing development requirements and priorities is a must.

• Capable of collaborating effectively with team members of varying experience levels.

• Produces technical documentation and troubleshooting guides to facilitate understanding among Business teams and peers.

• Displays excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Communicates clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.

• Works efficiently within an agile team environment or independently.

• Possesses the ability to comprehend system functionality, processes, and architecture from both technical and business perspectives.

• Demonstrates a high degree of self-motivation to learn new methodologies and technologies to enhance job performance.

• Takes initiative and accountability to complete tasks effectively.

• Identifies and prioritizes technical system and application issues promptly for self and others.

• Open to receiving and providing feedback within the development team.

• Cultivates and maintains strong peer relationships within the team and throughout the organization.

(Experience, Education, Certification, License and Training)

· Degree in Computer Science or related discipline preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Automation: UiPath Certified RPA Associate (UiRPA), UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD), Automation Anywhere Certified Essentials, Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced, Automation Anywhere Certified Master or Blue Prism certification or Power Automate certification.

• Software engineering: C# certification, Certified Associate in Python Programming (PCAP), Certified Professional in Python Programming 1, Certified Professional in Python Programming 2

• Testing/QA: CAST (Certified Associate in Software Testing), CSQA (Certified Software Quality Analyst Certification), International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB) Certification, Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), or Certified Software Tester (CSTE)

• Project management: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), or CAPM/PMP certification
