Job Title: Business Analyst - Capital Markets

Job Description:
Capgemini hiring fulltime/permanent resource for Business Analyst - Capital Markets.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with collaborators to understand business objectives and requirements.
Conduct detailed analysis of business processes, systems, and data to see opportunities for improvement.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to capture requirements, define scope, and prioritize initiatives.
Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that solutions meet acceptance criteria and business requirements.
Provide ongoing support to business users, including solving issues and providing training as needed.
Required Skills:
In-depth understanding of capital markets, including financial instruments, trading mechanisms, and regulatory frameworks.
Proficiency in analyzing market trends, financial data, and risk factors.
Proven expertise in the banking and financial services sector.
Preferably, proven expertise in the asset management domain.
Experience in capturing business requirements for new financial products and solutions.
Support technical teams in crafting use cases and designing databases.
Finance certifications are helpful.
