Robert Half is looking for a contract to hire Recruitment Coordinator. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract and recruit qualified candidates to join our organization. You will play a vital role in building a talented and diverse workforce by coordinating recruitment efforts, engaging with potential candidates, and facilitating the hiring process.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students and applicants, providing information, guidance, and support throughout the admissions process.

• Review and evaluate applications for admission, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with admissions requirements and deadlines.

• Communicate admissions decisions to applicants and provide assistance with enrollment procedures, including registration, financial aid applications, and housing arrangements.

• Conduct information sessions, campus tours, and admissions events to attract and engage prospective students and families.

• Collaborate with academic departments, faculty members, and student services staff to promote the institution's programs, services, and opportunities to prospective students.

• Develop and maintain relationships with high schools, community colleges, and other educational partners to facilitate recruitment efforts and strengthen enrollment pipelines.

• Utilize recruitment databases and enrollment management systems to track applicant data, analyze trends, and generate reports to inform decision-making and strategic planning.

• Stay informed about current trends and best practices in admissions, enrollment management, and higher education to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.

• Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment marketing materials, including brochures, websites, and social media campaigns, to enhance the institution's visibility and attract prospective students.

• Participate in admissions committees, orientation programs, and other student support initiatives to contribute to a positive and welcoming campus environment.

  Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.

• Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources coordination preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.

• Customer Service experience.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

• Enthusiasm for promoting the organization and attracting top talent to join our team.
