Our Asia Pacific and Middle East Meta Region consists of 16 countries, and is a dynamic and fast-growing region, with business largely self-reliant and represents a complete value chain of Innomotics global organization structure, this consists of product, solutions, sales, service, digitalization, R&D, business development, portfolio development and other enabling functions.

Are you ready to redefine talent acquisition in a dynamic startup environment? At Innomotics, we're seeking a visionary Talent Acquisition Leader who thrives on building strategies from scratch and loves to push boundaries every day. Your Role and Responsibilities:

• As our Talent Acquisition Head, you'll be the architect of our talent acquisition strategy for the APAC and Middle East Meta Region.

• You'll craft innovative and cost-effective concepts to position Innomotics as the employer of choice in the startup world.

• Take the lead on global/regional programs, from workforce planning to talent attraction, ensuring a seamless journey for our future talents.

• Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring labor market trends and introducing forward-thinking methodologies to address regional business needs.

• Drive diversity in sourcing talent through various channels, including building a robust campus and job board recruitment strategy.

• Build and nurture strategic relationships with key partners, both internally and externally, to ensure our talent acquisition projects align with organizational goals.

• Foster a culture of excellence by setting clear objectives and developing talent acquisition infrastructure and processes for international management.

• Optimize our talent sourcing mix and provide regular reporting to management on source mix and spending.

What You Need to Succeed:

• A postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.

• Over 10 years of experience as a TA professional, with a proven track record in startups or similar dynamic environments.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a knack for building trusted relationships across all organizational levels.

• Exceptional project management skills and a passion for driving initiatives in a project-driven environment.

• A clear aspiration to be a trusted business advisor, with outstanding communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

• High learning agility and resilience in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Experience in global talent markets and diverse talent sourcing channels, including leadership and niche hiring.

• The ability to operate effectively in a highly matrixed environment with cultural competence.
