Robert Half Recruiting Coordinator in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Description

A Minneapolis-based building manufacturing organization is urgently searching for a proactive and organized Recruiting Coordinator to enhance our fast-paced talent acquisition team.

This opportunity represents a full-time position that could potentially transition to permanent for the ideal candidate. Flexible hours are available within an 8am-5pm schedule.

Main Duties:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support throughout the full recruitment cycle

• Oversee the coordination and scheduling of candidate interviews, secure conference rooms, and manage travel arrangements for on-site meetings

• Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver a seamless interview experience for candidates

• Handle offer letters, background checks and additional pre-boarding requirements

• Take the lead on event logistics and provide support as necessary for recruitment events (such as university recruitment drives, team meetings, etc.)

• Maintain and update candidate or job records in our applicant tracking system

• Address any scheduling issues that arise and provide practical solutions

Requirements

Requirements:

• A minimum of 1+ years of experience in human resources, recruitment or as an administrative assistant. Experience can be from internships, summer jobs, etc.

• A Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or a related field is preferred

• Experience of working in a high-pressure environment (retail, restaurant, etc.)

• Be tech-savvy with a passion for learning new technologies quickly

• Have intermediate skills with Office 365, especially Outlook

• Display confidence, take ownership of the role and contribute to the team’s long-term stability

• Exceptional organizational, problem-solving and time management skills, with the capability to juggle multiple projects and meet strict deadlines

• Excellent customer service competencies and a high level of interpersonal skills.
