Our Downtown Minneapolis client is seeking an Accounting Clerk to join their established team! In this exciting permanent role, you will handle a wide variety of tasks, including accounts payable, invoicing/billing, cash applications, daily deposits, and additional accounting and administrative tasks as needed!

An ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience in accounting, and an Associates Degree in Accounting, Business, or similar is preferred but not required. Basic MS Excel knowledge is also a requirement for this role.

This direct hire role is 100% onsite working from our client’s Downtown Minneapolis office. Pre-tax parking or bus passes are available for this opportunity as one of the company’s benefits.

This exciting opportunity offers beginning compensation of $60-65k, depending on qualifications. Requirements • Proficiency in account reconciliation and ability to handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)

• Experience with billing and invoice processing

• Skilled in data entry, including numeric data entry

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Excel formulas

• Familiarity with Elite 3E software

• Ability to code invoices effectively

• Experience with cash applications

• Strong administrative assistance skills

• Computer data entry skills required

• Ability to provide administrative assistance when needed
