This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Position Summary:

Under general supervision, responsible for coordinating e-commerce activities to drive awareness, engagement and revenue. Supports the execution of the e-commerce business and online sales strategy as it aligns to the broader strategies and objectives of the company.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily onboarding process of new user accounts and partners with internal teams to improve the process and improve the overall customer experience.

  • Coordinate with customer service, I.T., and operations departments to troubleshoot customer inquiries and concerns as issues arise.

  • Train internal stakeholders and customers on e-commerce functionality and processes.

  • As an Analyst, the selected individual will work with the ecommerce team to develop, maintain and improve all designated ecommerce applications and other tools / application used by Boeing customers globally.

  • Quickly understands the business process, application functionalities, business issues and data challenges of the organization and industry. Identifies strengths and weaknesses and suggests areas of improvement with regards to business process, functionality, etc.

  • Works with development team and stakeholders (who are part of the global team) to refine and clarify requirements.

  • Support site development by working cross-functionally to gather and communicate requirements and then test changes prior to pushing into live environment.

  • Execute e-commerce focused marketing initiatives using banner ads and email campaigns

  • Support initiatives to gather rich content and better position parts to marketplace

  • Manage and take ownership of interactions with 3rd party sites, such as Aeroxchange, ILS, Parts Base, etc., analyzing different programs, assessing the Company’s position, and making recommendation for enhanced positioning.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

    Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):

  • Education:Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, e-Commerce or Related field of study

  • 4-6 years of related work experience

  • Experience in e-commerce related role & working with cross-functional teams

  • Working knowledge of general e-commerce best practices

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organization, communication (written/verbal), and interpersonal skills

  • Strong project management skills

  • Self-starter and proactive; creative thinker and problem solver

  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately while working toward multiple deadlines

  • Creative with strong design aesthetic

  • Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

    Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Education:Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, e-Commerce or Related field of study

  • 6 plus years of related work experience

  • Ecommerce domain and Airlines / Aviation domain knowledge

  • Practical knowledge of software requirements development.

  • User story development.

  • Exhibits Lean-Agile Leadership - Helps the team embrace SAFe Core Values, adopt and apply SAFe Principles and implement SAFe practices.

  • Experience with B2B (business-to-business) e-commerce platform

  • SEO, SEM, Google AdWords marketing experience

  • Ecommerce domain and Airlines / Aviation domain knowledge

  • Practical knowledge of software requirements development.

  • User story development.

  • Software application experience preferred but not mandatory:

    • Confluence
