Position Summary:

Performs all functions within the Employee Health and Wellness Office that serves the employee population.

Reports to: Director

FLSA: Non-exempt

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Conducts health evaluations and screenings, immunizations, medical surveillance, TB testing, pre-employment health review and management of employees with work-related illnesses, injuries or exposures, and worker’s comp program duties Drag Edit Delete

Maintains employee blood borne pathogen exposures and follow-up. Drag Edit Delete

Assists in administering FMLA for employees. Relays permanent restrictions to the HR Director and employee’s manager. Drag Edit Delete

Compiles new Employee Health records, chart audits for transfers and terminations. Drag Edit Delete

Administers N-95 respirator protection program by performing fit test, coordinating new surveillance and training as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

Required Skills Certifications: Basic Life Support Health Care Provider (BLS-HCP) Drag Edit Delete

Required Skills Licenses: Registered Nursing in the State of Michigan (RN)
