Responsabilities :

  • Lead the team by boosting the development of your team:

  • Manage People:

  • All responsibilies as team leader, be referent, inspire, develop and open communication and feedback.

  • Lead a team of +/- 50 people (Direct Labour profiles).

  • Manage a SL team (6 members).

  • Growth your team: competences promoon and evaluaon all along your team members, with a clear and public 1-to-1 meeng schedule (at least twice per month and per collaborator).

  • Loft (Essilor Group training system) implementaon and follow up.

  • Implementation and leadership of the annual performance cycle with a development perspective.

  • H&S: ensure and implement health and safety policies while continuing to develop these skills in the team

  • Quality: comply with and enforce legal regulations, in the area of competence as well as the internal regulations of the EssilorLuxottica Group.

  • Mision and principles: promotion by leading with the example.

  • Compliance: Guarantee compliance with regulations and security standards in process controls. Implemente and maintain internal policies to guarantee regulatory and ethical compliance in Added Values department.

  • L​​​​​​​ead the workshop by boosting

  • Monitor and control production KPIs: service, cost, quality and producvity.

  • Be the process control owner with the help of support teams: Lead the Process Control Plan based on European programs and Six-Sigma. Implementation. Quality support for blind and weekly product audits.

  • Point of contact for the European Added Values team (weekly meetings) and participation in the EMEA Lab community.

  • Lead and participate in projects as necessary and assume responsibility with the aim of delivering upon agreed timelines.

Candidate profile :

  • Educational Background in Industrial Engineering Degree, Chemistry Degree.

  • Several years of experience in Manufacturing/ Food industry/ Pharmaceutical companies.

  • Strong problem solving skills

  • Good to have experience in managing teams

  • Solid experience in audits and process management

  • Strong leadership skills

  • Communication skills

  • Analytical skills
