JOB REQUIREMENTS: Program Manager Provider Services - 31536 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Work Schedule : This is a full time, 1.0 FTE position. Shifts will be scheduled Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Other hours may be required to meet operational needs. Be part of something remarkable Join the #1 hospital in Wisconsin! We are seeking a Program Manager, Provider Services to: * Work collaboratively UW Health and SMPH leaders and to assess, plan, design, develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate programs and systems for physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) across the UW Health system. * Develop succinct and clear written and verbal presentations to multiple audiences including, but not limited to senior administrators, physicians, APPs, and department administrators. * Experienced in advising, coaching, and consulting with leaders on talent management and talent development needs. Four (4) years of relevant work experience, in addition to required minimum work experience, may be considered in lieu of bachelor\'s degree. Preferred - Master\'s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Work Experience : Minimum - 3 years relevant experience in Organizational Development/Learning & Development or Human Resources or combination of the two.
