Executive Customer Events Manager, London

This is a role that requires a strategic approach to events and strong project management skills. You’ll be joining a “white-glove” executive engagement team, strategically positioned to empower our sales teams and drive high-impact outcomes through our tier one events.

The Executive Customer Events Manager, will spearhead the end-to-end engagement and program execution of our tier one global events.

Leveraging your expertise, you will transform how we connect with customers at our tier one events. Working closely with the AVEVA leadership, you will deploy, execute and measure C-suite engagement at our tier one events.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitating CXO Events: Taking the lead, you will plan and execute an array of high-impact events including; executive summits and councils, spanning across all regions. Your ability to curate and manage these engagements will enhance the value of these interactions, nurturing long-lasting partnerships.

  • Executive Engagement: Engaging executives will be one of your core strengths, as you will drive attendance to our events. Your exceptional interpersonal skills will ensure that our offerings resonate with and captivate C-Suite leaders.

  • Cross-departmental Collaboration: As a skilled collaborator, you will work seamlessly across departments to ensure alignment of efforts and maximize the impact of our executive programs. Your ability to coordinate efforts will be critical to our success.

  • 3rd party Events: You will work alongside regional marketing and global events to design strategies to leverage 3rd party events, you will open doors for our sales team, forging connections with key C-Suite decision-makers.

  • Executive the follow up program focus on speed and impact

  • Compose the external comms [Invitations and Thank you notes etc]

  • Manage internal communications plans for Tier 1 events

  • Keep the business informed of progress towards events goals

  • Become a business partner and trusted advisor to sales teams and leadership

  • Analyse campaign performance through event pipeline and influenced pipeline measures, audience mix, open rates, social engagement

Skills & Qualificiations

  • Possess a growth mindset looking for new ways to innovate and make processes more efficient

  • Experience working for a large global organization

  • Proven decision-making and problem-solving capabilities

  • Experience executing end to end campaigns

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Salesforce & Power BI experience a bonus

  • Copywriting experience is desirable but not mandatory

  • Understanding of multi-channel, multi- touch campaigns

  • Experience of working with sales team to inspire action

  • Analytical skills to assess impact and suggest improvements

  • Flexibility for international travel and working evening hours and some weekends depending on event schedule
