The Siemens Electrification & Automation team in Perú is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Sales Professional to manage and expand our customer base within the energy sector. Responsibilities:

• Manage the commercial portfolio for clients in the energy generation and transmission sectors, overseeing the entire sales process.

• Identify, understand, and analyze client requirements to develop and implement differentiated value solutions.

• Develop new clients within the assigned market or geographic region for direct sales of products, solutions, and services from our business unit portfolio.

• Conduct market research and prepare the annual visit plan.

Requirements:

• Professional degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.

• Minimum of 5 years of direct sales experience to clients in the energy sector and/or large infrastructure projects.

• Technical knowledge of medium voltage systems, protection, and automation systems.

• Experience with utilities, specifically in energy, renewables, and large infrastructure sectors.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate level) and CRM systems like Salesforce (preferred but not required).

• Advanced English proficiency (intermediate to advanced level).

• Demonstrated ability to sell projects and solutions rather than standalone products.
