Develop meticulously detailed itineraries for retail and custom group tours. Utilize software programs efficiently to manage tour logistics, including bookings, cancellations, and passenger reservations. Execute financial transactions with precision, including collecting, processing, and refunding funds from client/vendor accounts. Write compelling tour descriptions and contribute to the development of annual travel plans.
