Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our esteemed team. The ideal candidate will possess experience in coordinating group travel arrangements, demonstrating impeccable organizational skills, and delivering exceptional customer service. Reporting directly to the Director of Tour and Travel, this role presents an exciting opportunity to shape memorable experiences for our clients. Responsibilities: Provide exemplary customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally. Conduct comprehensive research on destinations, activities, accommodations, and dining options for group travel. Manage all incoming communication channels promptly and professionally. Develop meticulously detailed itineraries for retail and custom group tours. Utilize software programs efficiently to manage tour logistics, including bookings, cancellations, and passenger reservations. Execute financial transactions with precision, including collecting, processing, and refunding funds from client/vendor accounts. Write compelling tour descriptions and contribute to the development of annual travel plans. Develop and maintain a professional network of travel partners, including clients, group leaders, and vendors. Collaborate seamlessly and communicate effectively with colleagues as required.
