Description

  • Recruiting Sellers and managing Seller relationship by championing their needs at Amazon

  • Coach sellers on improving the delivery experience for the customers

  • Facilitate onboarding of sellers onto different levers and programs and encourage sellers to add more selection

  • Monitor sellers’ performance closely to understand the gaps if there are any and help the seller to improve the visibility of the shipping to the customers

We are looking for a bright and motivated individual to build their career with our Existing Seller/Customer Management team. To join our team you have to:

  • Work autonomously and deal with ambiguity

  • Identify root causes of customer/carrier problems and drive resolution instantly

  • Be flexible and adaptable to learn new processes

  • Able to work independently with minimal support

  • Know how to work with MS Office tools like Excel, Word and be able to fetch data using existing SQL Queries

Key job responsibilities

  • Be able to speak native like German Language

  • Inclined to work in a calling role

  • Be able to convince the prospect in their mother tongue i.e. German

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

Hyderabad, TS, IND

Basic Qualifications

  • B2.2/C1/C2 Certification in German Language and Bachelor degree and 0 to 3 years of relevant working experience (preferable in Sales/account management)

  • Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel) applications

  • Excellent communication skills in written and oral English with the ability to face external and internal partners in a professional and mature manner.

  • Interest in e-Commerce/Online business.

  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment and passion for delivering great customer experience is required.

  • Attention to detail and high capability to work on different projects in parallel

  • Creative and analytical problem solver with a passion for operational excellence

Preferred Qualifications

  • B2.2/C1/C2 Certification in German Language and Bachelor degree and 0 to 3 years of relevant working experience(preferably Sales/account management)
