Description Responsibilities: Diagnose and resolve a variety of technical issues related to hardware, software, network connectivity, and peripherals. Provide efficient and detail oriented technical support to users via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop software applications. Maintain user accounts and manage access controls. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as software updates and security patches. Document support incidents and resolutions for future reference. Assist with user onboarding and training on new technologies and processes. Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff as needed. Stay up-to-date on the latest desktop technologies and troubleshooting techniques. Requirements

Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support or a related field (or equivalent demonstrable skills). Strong understanding of computer hardware and software components. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. A commitment to providing exceptional customer service with a positive and detail oriented attitude. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
