At Eaton India Innovation Center, Bright Layer Cloud team is currently seeking a Technical product Owner to join our team! This position is based at our office in Magarpatta City, Pune.

• As the Technical product Owner for cloud platform technologies in our center in India, you will work with a diverse team of talented developers, Scrum Masters, QA/Test as well as have strong collaboration with product marketing managers in the business and more.

• You will lead the team by setting dev priorities, ensuring the achievement of deliverables and other milestones, establish a progressive work culture, and improve the way we deliver value to our customers.

• Define the vision for the Azure based cloud platforms platforms in collaboration with, and with input from, the base business divisional stakeholders (including Offer Management)

• Assist in maintaining the product roadmaps for existing and upcoming IoT products in collaboration with the base business divisional stakeholders, Offer Management in collaboration with Edge Product Manager.

Qualifications:

Requirements:

• 14+ years of experience with Minimum of 6 years of experience in delivering software projects, acting as a technical product owner or technical project manager.

• BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech – Engineering Specialization

• Experience with defining system requirements for IoT products using cloud platforms.

• Experience with full life cycle software development using standard software processes

• Exceptional ability to lead, collaborate, openly communicate, influence others, present and negotiate effectively across disciplines and stakeholders (marketing, engineering, customer support, etc.).

• Experience in writing clear and concise user stories, functional and non-functional requirements.

• Demonstrated experience delivering results in an ambiguous and changing environment, with the ability to work independently and be a self-starter, working multi-task on several initiatives at one time, in a fast moving and evolving business.

• Sound judgment and decision-making skills, ability to juggle multiple competing priorities, delegate within team, and ability to work under deadline pressures.
