Oracle CX Marketing Cloud Techno/Functional - Senior Technical Analyst in GURUGRAM, India

Job Description

Position is for a Techno/Functional Implementation Specialist, with implementation background in Oracle CX Marketing Cloud Applications. As an Oracle CX Marketing Cloud Techno/Functional specialist, you will be working both at offshore and onshore client engagements which involves implementation of Oracle CX Marketing Cloud modules. You will be interacting with the customer to understand their business processes and map them to Marketing Cloud Modules. You will be expected to Design and develop solution using Oracle Marketing Cloud tools and technology to meet business requirement. Create comprehensive technical design document. Unit testing of the solution keeping end to end business flow in mind. Work as part of an existing team and communicate effectively with all the team member and business stake holders.We are looking for following Skills:Minimum 4-5 Years of Implementation experience in Oracle Marketing Cloud with strong CRM Background. Total 6-10 Yrs. of experience.Candidate must have gone through at least one full project lifecycle of Oracle Marketing Cloud implementation

We are looking for candidates having at least 4-5 years of experience in implementing marketing automation platforms like Responsys/Eloqua marketing cloudExperience in customer journey orchestration across email, SMS, mobile push using Responsys programsUnderstanding of Responsys data modelUnderstanding Responsys campaign configuration, connect jobs, API, and data integrationExperience in implementing Infinity IQMeasure and analyze the performance of digital initiatives with infinity dashboards and reportsDeliver against the website optimization and customized experience strategies across website and other touch points preferably using Infinity IQKnowledge of and experience in front-end web development technologies, namely JavaScript, CSS, and HTMLA/B testing and site personalization preferably using Infinity IQ (Maximyser)Experience of building cross product integration within Oracle marketing cloud (Responsys, Infinity IQ, Unity)Logical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborateKnowledge of SDLC and agile methodologiesStrong customer focus, excellent problem solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication skills.

Education & Experience:

BE, BTech, MCA , MBA in Marketing or equivalent preferred. Other qualifications with adequate experience may be considered.

6+ years relevant working experience

##Functional/Technical Knowledge & Skills:

6+ years of relevant experience in delivering technology solutions in Oracle Marketing Cloud space.

Minimum 4-5 Years of Implementation experience in Oracle Marketing Cloud with strong CRM Background. Total 6-10 Yrs. of experience.
