Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc, a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented CPQ Analyst IV based at our Greenville, NC location.

What you will do:

  • Work with customer, peers, and management to ensure proper prioritization and implementation of systems changes.

  • Work as a liaison among business stakeholders in order to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements for enhanced changes to business processes, policies, and information systems.

  • Convert business requirements to solutions and provide specialist technical expertise.

  • Consult, review, and analyze business information to determine the solution efficiently.

  • Must understand business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.

  • Hybrid Greenville location that will be a part of a Global team managing /facilitating/across ALL theaters globally.

What you will need:

  • Bachelors degree preferred

  • 3+ years of experience preferred

Skills, Experience & Abilities

  • Business Analyst Skills (understand business domain and needs, elicit requirements, plan and manage requirements, analyze and document requirements, validate and verify requirements, formulate solutions, communicate)

  • Business Improvement Processes

  • System Development Life Cycle

  • Technical infrastructure/system exposure and understanding

  • Understanding of Audit / Compliance

  • Excellent PC skills – window products

  • Understand Generic Business Process within field of expertise

  • Product knowledge is a plus
