Overview

The position is hybrid following training with in-office days located at our Administrative Service Center in East Petersburg, Pa (near Lancaster) Rotating schedule which varies between the hours of 7:45 a.m. and 6:15 p.m.  Flexibility required. The primary responsibility of this position is to lead a group of employees engaged in the processing of domestic wire transfers, including input, compliance and customer service. Oversee the execution of departmental operating procedures to ensure quality, accuracy and compliance. Promotes a culture of continuous improvement toward delivery of a productive, positive and professional customer experience.

Responsibilities

Plan, assign and review work of staff, provide feedback and coaching, manage scheduling, monitor volume and workflow, assist in the screening and selection of candidates, ensure adherence to all operational procedures and compliance standards Provide systems user support and training to staff, resolve escalated issues, execute systems testing and assist with systems upgrades, releases and implementations Contribute to departmental planning for mergers and acquisitions, engage external stakeholders and vendors for testing and implementation Ensure departmental compliance to all applicable laws, rules and regulations, maintain and update operating procedures documentation accordingly

Qualifications

Education High School Diploma or equivalent. (Required) Associate Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: Business or other applicable. (Preferred)

Experience 2 or more years Banking, including Customer Service/Support. (Required)

Specific compensation offered will be determined based on a combination of factors including the candidate's knowledge, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials. The salary range may vary based on geographic location. The hourly rate for this position is $17.25 - $22.40.
