Job Description

Unbridled’s Content Producer works directly with internal and external clients on conceptualizing, producing, and managing a wide range of video content. This position reports to the VP of Creative & Content. To be successful in this role, the Content Producer must be an excellent writer, conceptual thinker, a skilled communicator who is seasoned at developing ideas and successfully pitching them, understanding how to tailor the production approach up or down to meet a variety of budgets without sacrificing story or quality. The Content Producer must be able to find the sweet spot where budget, production approach, KPIs, and branding intersect to deliver impactful, intentional video content. We produce video with our clients’ branding in mind, so the Content Producer must have work samples that reflect the ability to embody the Brand Guidelines of their previous clients in the short and long form.

Our Content Producer will work directly with the VP of Creative & Content, as well as key Account leads, to develop and execute against a video SOW within pre-determined budgetary parameters and on various timelines, developing flexible creative that scales to meet the needs and expectations of our clients is critical to the success of the Content Producer. As the day-to-day lead on video projects for Unbridled Solutions, the Content Producer must also have experience managing against the pre-through-post-production timeline, interpreting and disseminating feedback on the creative (internal and external), writing scripts, directing animation/motion graphics, conducting interviews, directing b-roll shoots, sourcing and acquiring supportive materials (clips, music, headlines, etc.), and have the technical knowledge required to ensure final videos are created for optimal playback.   

The work is demanding and diverse so successful candidates will have experience in a creative video role (Producer, Associate Producer, Post/Story Producer, Director of Development), and have a desire to augment the skillsets outlined above for the Live Events industry. This position is an excellent opportunity for those looking to parlay their success in traditional media (broadcast, cable VOD) or advertising into a career in Live Events. Candidates with experience producing video for Live Events highly encouraged. 

We’re looking for a spirited, positive, resourceful, flexible, multitasking team player who possesses extraordinary attention to detail. This person leads the team morale and must be a source of strength and solutions. An ideal candidate can perform under tight deadlines and unexpected changes in direction and priorities, including an impromptu happy hour on the front porch or birthday morning extravaganzas.

Successful candidates will have the following: 

  • At least 5 years of experience in a producer role or similar.

  • A current portfolio featuring a variety of short-form video samples (graphics/on-screen text-driven, original shooting, acquired materials, VO-driven, interview-driven content)

  • Understanding of workflow among teams that will interface regularly with content such as design, production, animation, and copy

  • Strong project management skills; experience managing multiple project budgets and timelines 

  • Ability to track detailed notes on all project deliverables to ensure successful successive cuts are produced 

  • Highly adaptable to various projects with a strong ability to cultivate a fast-paced production environment

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Shooting, editing, and graphic design skills a plus
