DUTIES: With a high level of independent decision-making authority, will be responsible for the following: Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives. Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement. Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance. Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached. Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity. Manage program and project teams for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives. Build and execute an AI/ML roadmap for company across all its Banking and Finance. Effectively communicate strategies & trade-offs up to senior leaders and down to development teams. Define product scope, capabilities, KPI's, new client integration requirements, migration strategies. Interface with stake holders to ensure that there is roadmap alignment Requirement elicitation, analysis, scoping and effort estimation, coordinating testing and Prod certification.

*REQUIREMENTS: * Requires Bachelor's degree or foreign academic equivalent in Computer Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Applications, Information Technology, or a related field. Requires 5 years of experience in job offered or as a Project Manager, Senior Business Analyst, Team Lead, Consultant, or related field. Required experience must include experience in Windows OS, Linux, Mac OS systems, Java, J2EE, MS SQL, Oracle, LDAP, Jira, Aldon, Rally, Clarity, MS Project, MS Vision, MS Office; Direct, Discover Applications. Requires relocation to unanticipated client sites throughout the United States.
