As an Rsam Administrator, you will:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Rsam Administrator to join our team. As an Rsam Administrator, you will be responsible for the management, configuration, and maintenance of our on-premises Rsam platform. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure that the Rsam system is effectively meeting the needs of the organization. The ideal candidate will have expertise in policy management, workflow, and a strong background in IT administration.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain the on-premises Rsam platform, ensuring its optimal performance, availability, and security.
• Configure Rsam workflows, forms, templates, and policies according to business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide technical solutions using Rsam.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Rsam functionality, configurations, and integrations.
• Conduct regular audits of Rsam configurations and user access to ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Rsam functionalities and best practices.
• Work closely with the IT team to integrate Rsam with other systems and applications as needed.
• Stay updated on the latest features and updates released by Rsam and recommend upgrades or enhancements to improve system performance and functionality.
• Document configurations, procedures, and best practices for Rsam administration and usage.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an administrator of the Rsam platform, preferably the on-premises version.
• Strong understanding of workflow management and policy management principles.
• Proficiency in .NET framework, as Rsam is built on .NET technology.
• Experience in IT administration and system configuration in a low-code environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Relevant certifications such as Rsam Administrator Certification or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) is a plus.

Pay Range*: \$65- \$68 per hour on W2

*Pay range offered to a successful can idate will be based on several factors, including the candidate\'s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
