Job Description Summary:

Contribute and assist to successfully execute internal EB projects and initiatives. Collaborate with various departments and leaders to drive project plans to achieve strategic initiatives within the EB insurance division.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

  1. Contribute to project teams and help organize tasks and duties to ensure on time completion of initiatives.

  2. Maintain detailed project plans to ensure all initiatives and tasks stay on track.

  3. Facilitate project meetings and conference calls, in person and via video conferencing.

  4. Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary, including meeting schedule deadlines and budget targets.

  5. Organize events, trainings, and other essential meetings that are critical to the success of the EB Practice.

  6. Document and communicate project status and updates to appropriate stakeholders.

  7. Proactively communicate project issues and changes in deadlines to management.

  8. Complete post project debriefs to assess success and lessons learned for incorporation into future projects.

  9. Maintenance and updates of critical lists and other data sets needed for successful operation of the practice.

  10. Other duties and responsibilities as requested by management.

Required Skills and Competencies:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training and work-related experience.

  2. Two years Employee Benefits insurance experience, or related field.

  3. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner.

  4. Highly effective written / verbal communication and facilitation skills.

  5. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within teams.

  6. Highly motivated, positive, and enthusiastic individual willing to assume responsibility and drive initiatives to completion.

  7. Experience and skills in Microsoft Office applications, SharePoint, etc.

General Description of Available Benefits for Eligible Employees of TIH:
