We are in search of a dedicated Finance Manager to join our team in the Professional Services industry, based in Waltham, Massachusetts. This role involves performing business case analysis on future product lines, and will require a blend of financial planning and analysis skills. This role offers a contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage financial plans using tools such as CapEx and Budget Processes

• Conduct business case development for future product lines

• Leverage Financial Planning & Analysis (FP& A) skills to drive decision making and improve financial performance

• Evaluate the Return on Investment for various initiatives and make recommendations accordingly

• Utilize Microsoft Power BI for data analysis and reporting

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and accuracy of financial data

• Monitor and report on financial performance and make recommendations for improvements

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards

• Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives through financial analysis.

Requirements • Must possess strong knowledge and experience in CapEx

• Familiarity with Budget Processes is essential

• Ability to develop Business cases effectively

• Proven experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP& A) is required

• Must have a clear understanding of Return on Investment calculations and analysis

• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI is necessary

• Prior experience in the Professional Services industry is highly desirable

• Proven track record as a Finance Manager or similar role

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills

• Ability to handle financial data confidentially

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification such as CPA or CFA is a plus.
