You’ll make an impact by:

• Review of customer information for generating the report.

• Checking of required document for processing the request.

• Tracking the received emails.

• Processing the request within the timeline.

• Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with sales, technical and project teams.

• Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the SFSPL Department.

• Participate in team planning meetings.

• Meet defined department goals and activity metrics.

• General Accounting Principles knowledge.

• Strong attention to detail, goal oriented.

• Good customer relationship skills to manage a variety of customer interactions.
