About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Project Specialist to join the Pathfinder Community and Learning team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of managing and spearheading operations and data-centric projects across our Community and Learning products.

Our Pathfinder Community and Automation Anywhere University support all automation professionals, from students exploring career opportunities to advanced practitioners building innovative AI and automation solutions for global companies. We offer blogs, forums, and other resources that facilitate learning and collaboration. With hundreds of thousands of members, this is a dynamic space that fosters learning and collaboration at every level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive Project Management: Assume full responsibility for the lifecycle of project operations, from meticulous planning and execution to monitoring and closure. You will ensure that all community and learning initiatives are delivered with precision, meeting the highest standards of quality within agreed timelines and budgets.

• Strategic Collaboration and Leadership: Foster seamless collaboration among cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Your leadership will be instrumental in guiding project resources, orchestrating tasks, and ensuring alignment with project goals. Your ability to navigate complex team dynamics and inspire collective action will drive the success of our initiatives.

• Advanced Data Analysis and Reporting: With a keen analytical eye, delve into complex datasets to unearth critical insights and patterns. Your expertise will transform raw data into compelling narratives, informing strategic decisions, and catalyzing improvements across our operations.

• Influential Strategic Recommendations: Leverage your analytical findings to propose actionable strategies that enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth.

Location: Bangalore

Ideal Candidate Profile:

A graduate degree (Engineering/Non-Engineering) from premier institutes, with at least 7 years of experience in sales operations, program operations, or data reporting, including executive insight generation.

A solid foundation in requirement analysis, gap analysis, and project risk analysis, coupled with excellent responsibility and time management skills.

Exceptional communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and motivating both your own team and cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira) and the Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with SFDC is a plus but not mandatory.
