Amazon Marketing Manager, Events, IN Devices in Bengaluru, India

Description

The Marketing Manager will own driving traffic and improving customer experience on our across all relevant promotional events for Devices. They will obsess over delivering the most relevant promotions to every customer, at the right time, and within the right context, driving customer curiosity and delight, and promotion discovery. They will partner closely with category, traffic channel owners and central events teams.

They will be an ambitious self-starter with ability to operate independently and thrive in fast-paced environment. They will be will be obsessed with our customers, growing our understanding of their needs and building strategies to help them discover promotions that meet those needs.

Key job responsibilities

• Own the IN Devices marketing strategy during events, including marquee events (Prime Day, Jupiter) and additional promotional events throughout the year.

• Define marketing levers to drive acquisition and engagement throughout these events.

• Create a cross-channel plan to drive and deliver traffic and customer goals during these events, in partnership with various marketing traffic channels, content and category teams.

• Deliver the most relevant promotions to every customer, at the right time, and within the right context, driving customer curiosity and delight, and promotion discovery.

• Own and execute merchandising strategy of promotion events. Measure performance of these launches, generate learnings for future events and influence channel owners and central teams to grow on learnings.

• Own Traffic Post Mortems for each event, drive learnings and implement new changes alongside a stakeholder group

• Streamline all processes related to events merchandising

Basic Qualifications

  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

  • Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns

  • Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in multi-territory campaign management

  • Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process
