POSITION TITLE: Supply Operations Specialist

DEPT. / DIVISION: PVH Asia Supply

POSITION REPORTS TO: Manager, Supply Operations

LOCATION: Bangalore

DATE: Jun 2022


POSITION SUMMARY:

Work and manage Purchase Order issuance by working closely with the Hubs and HK partners.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

Process regional pre-allocation / allocation for Asia markets and distributors upon available to promise inventory quantity

Update and communicate allocation result, customer order, buy plan and purchase order status with Asia markets and retails planning team

Closely monitor and update the order status with Asia markets in order to adjust consolidation date, order quantity and pre-allocation result

Execute change management for finished goods purchase orders

Monitor production orders through to contracted production delivery

Identify production delivery issues, escalate to manager and collaborate with regional teams to determine best course of action

Evaluate production change requests, collaborate with regional teams to determine risk / reward impact and review proposed solutions with Asia supply planning team to align on approach

Prepare weekly delivery reports to communicate / escalate production delivery risk to manager and collaborate to determine appropriate course of action

Manage allocation calendar adherence to ensure timely procurement of production orders

Execute factory allocation to support standard costing standard operating procedure

Effective daily communication with regional offices

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:

• Microsoft Excel, 2+ years of apparel production experience

• Purchase Order Management

• Procurement/Supply Chain exposure

Education:

Bachelor's degree

High math aptitude

High computer literacy

Detail-oriented

Strong organizational skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English) – credible at top management level and with both technical and non-technical audiences

Ability to establish effective working relationships with the business and technical communities

Strong leadership, analytical and problems solving abilities

Effective organization and time management skills, with ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines

Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to communicate with the global business teams and IT

Project management (PMP certified preferred)

Team work

Excellent skill in MS Office – Word, Excel, Powerpoint
