Summary:

The Messaging Integrity Operations team enables the integrity of the messaging suite of products by providing best-in-class integrity review for Facebook and Instagram messaging products. With support spanning across products such as Business Messaging and Community Messaging, we develop integrity solutions for some of the fastest growing products within the platform. We pride ourselves in helping prevent online and real-world harm by building fast, scalable support systems to address safety-related incidents on our messaging products, and by influencing others to collaborate on cross-functional initiatives. We are seeking an experienced self-starter with a passion for mitigating real world harm and protecting our community to join our Messaging Integrity Operations Team. We count on our project managers to deliver both qualitative and quantitative insight into user behavior in order to drive prevention and detection solutions at scale. By working cross functionally, we identify and pursue areas for process and product improvement, enabling us to better protect our community at scale. And by focusing on decision quality, we ensure that we are held accountable for our actions. This role will work closely with partners across Product, Engineering, Policy, and other Meta teams to drive operational projects in a fast paced and data driven environment.

Required Skills:

Program Manager, Messaging Integrity Operations Responsibilities:

1. Own, develop, execute and manage integrity support strategies for Meta’s messaging products with Product, Engineering, Operations and Policy teams

2. Analyze data, identify trends for harm on the platform and provide recommendations for process, policy, and product improvements to develop or improve scalable solutions

3. Develop, maintain and continually improve human review workflows. Track and analyze key operational metrics and ensure KPIs/service goals are met

4. Lead investigations and resolve issues that are escalated to the team regarding potentially abusive content or real-world threats

5. Work with vendor facing teams to develop, support and improve scaled review processes supporting Meta’s global user base

6. Use strategic thinking and problem solving skills to identify, set strategy for, and resolve large and complex business problems

Minimum Qualifications:

7. 4+ years of experience working in an Operations, Analytics, Product, Engineering, Consulting, Project Management or equivalent team

8. 2+ years of project /program management experience driving end to end initiatives

9. 1+ years of experience analyzing large datasets in SQL, Google Sheets or similar tools

10. Experience leading process improvement projects across a dynamic and cross-functional landscape

11. Experience working in, communicating with, and leading global cross-functional project teams

12. Demonstrated experience navigating ambiguity and achieving outcomes in fast paced environments

$93,000/year to $136,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
