Project Coordinator - Salesforce and Sharepoint
This is a virtual position working from home
This role will provide administrative support for BCD Travel's Global Supplier Relations, Distribution and Sourcing teams by managing their Salesforce and Sharepoint tools: creating and maintaining processes, dashboards, reporting, administrator rights, etc. Additional responsibilities include quarterly and ad hoc reporting requests related to goals, performance, metrics, internal recognition programs, budgeting and forecasting projects, etc.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
*Establish process to manage ongoing projects within SharePoint and Salesforce *Ad Hoc reporting and analysis *Consolidate data and reports *Develop dashboards within SalesForce *Create processes and organize the maintenance of department documents on SharePoint *Measure and track employee performance goals and targets *Measure and report on departmental goals and key initiatives *Assist with the budget and forecasting process *Compile sales volumes, transactions and client wins/losses
*Salesforce - experience updating and creating documents and reports *SharePoint - experience updating and managing documents and shared resources *Experience working in a team environment, supporting management, following policies, providing feedback, assisting in special projects and taking on additional responsibility *Able to respond to change; able to be flexible and work with ambiguity *Ability to work independently, developing strategies and action plans and implementing goals and objectives *Ability to articulate opportunities and risks in deployment of strategic objectives *Microsoft Excel - Intermediate skill set
