Google Program Manager, Logistics Solutions, Order Management in Atlanta, Georgia

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 8 years of experience in program or project management.

  • 8 years of experience in Solutions Architecture roles in Supply Chain or Logistics Solutions areas.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

  • Experience in designing and implementing logistics solutions and managing complex projects.

  • Experience with business case development, value propositions that showcase the potential impact of solutions on key business metrics.

  • Ability to analyze complex problems, think critically, and develop innovative design solutions that meet user needs and business goals.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex logistics challenges and develop effective solutions.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. As a Program Manager, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing innovative solutions to complex supply chain and logistics challenges for Google Cloud. Your solutions will have a significant impact on our supply chain by driving speed, scale, efficiency, and predictability in logistics operations. Collaborating seamlessly across functions, you will identify business challenges, build robust business cases, and drive the development of innovative solutions, working with our systems team to shape the future of Google Cloud logistics.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $165,000-$248,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.   • Lead the architectural design and development of the order management system (e.g., B2B and B2C).

  • Be responsible for all automation initiatives regarding order management strategy and scale.

  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product Manager, and cross-functional partners to define project parameters, including requirements, scope, schedule, resourcing, milestones, and tasks.

  • Manage Order Management team development activities including cross-functionality training, mentoring, and general strategy discussions.

  • Lead the conceptualization, design, and implementation of forward-thinking solutions, addressing intricate supply chain and logistics challenges within Google Cloud Logistics with a strong focus on efficiency, speed, scale, and predictability.
